Game Dinner with Chef Jeff Taibe

Join us in our private event room on a winter night for a special collaboration between Nod Hill Brewery & Chef Jeff Taibe – featuring deliciously prepared game meats paired with select specialty beers.

The evening begins with a welcome drink at 6pm. After a half hour or so we’ll take our seats and begin the 4-course feast, each item paired with a house-brewed Nod Hill beer.

Included is unlimited beer- a specialty cocktail created by Steph Sweeney of Taproot will also be available for purchase. Meal service is family-style .

Beers will be carefully selected for each course, however we have several wine & hard cider options that are available for non-beer drinkers. These options are available as part of the ticket price – just notify our staff if you’d prefer wine or cider instead of beer.

Ticket price is all inclusive for food, beer, & wine – plus tax & gratuity. Cocktails are available for purchase.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to family-style seating, we will kindly require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken in the previous 72 hours for entrance. We also recommend making arrangements with Uber, Ridgefield taxi, or family/friends so you will not have drive after this event.
